How do I cancel my Pro subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple App Store or Google Play, not by us. Cancel through your device's subscription settings:

How do I delete my account?

Open Heater, tap the avatar in the top-left, go to Settings, then tap "Delete account". This permanently removes your account and all associated data. Note: deleting your account does not cancel your subscription — you must cancel separately through Apple or Google.

I forgot my password

Use the "Forgot password?" link on the sign-in screen, or contact us at the email above and we'll help reset it manually.

The count seems wrong

Heater uses the standard Hi-Lo system: cards 2–6 add +1 to the running count, 7–9 add 0, and 10s through Aces subtract 1. The true count is calculated as running count divided by decks remaining. If you believe a calculation is off, send us a screenshot and the cards you've tapped — we'll investigate.

Can I use Heater at a real casino?

Heater is a tool — how you use it is your responsibility. Most casinos prohibit electronic devices at the blackjack table, and using a phone for card counting is illegal in some jurisdictions including Nevada under NRS 465.075. Read our Terms of Service and the in-app warning carefully. Many users practice at home, study with the app, or use it for online play where allowed.
